With Summer (allegedly) just around the corner, have your thoughts turned to how your legs are going to look in shorts, skirts, dresses and maybe even your Summer holiday swimwear? You wouldn’t be alone if so, which is why I have teamed up with natural skincare company Figurite (click to read my Blog post about their amazing products) to create four online workout videos targeting the main areas affected by cellulite – legs, bum thighs and abdominals.
Each video is around 7 minutes long, so when performed together you have a perfect 30 minute lower body workout that can be performed anywhere and requires no equipment! There are options to progress each move as you get stronger and fitter, and if you don’t have 30 minutes to spare you can even use the 7 minute segments on their own, or add them into your own existing gym or workout schedules.
